These terms govern your use of webtechsolutionske.com and the services provided by Webtech Solutions KE. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Services & quotes
Quotes are prepared based on the requirements you share and remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work begins once a quote is accepted and any agreed deposit is received.
Payments
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, projects are billed with a deposit before work begins and the balance on completion, payable via M-Pesa or bank transfer. Recurring services (hosting, maintenance, retainers) are billed in advance.
Client responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on you providing content, feedback and approvals when requested. Delays in feedback may shift delivery dates.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the final deliverables created for you (designs, websites, brand assets). We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Hosting & third-party services
Where services depend on third parties (hosting providers, domain registrars, WhatsApp, M-Pesa, AI model providers), those services are subject to the third party’s terms and availability.
Warranties & liability
We build carefully and fix defects in delivered work reported within 30 days of launch at no charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service concerned.
Termination
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with 30 days’ written notice. Work completed up to the end date remains billable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith negotiation.
